This holiday season, Pinecone Cottage transforms into a traditional Polish mountain tavern where stories are shared, traditions are honored, and the warmth of hospitality fills every corner. Join Chef Pam for The Highlander's Yuletide: A Winter Karczma Teatorial to experience the flavors, folklore, and festive spirit of a Polish mountain Christmas. Chef Pam is opening her vault of traditional recipes from the snow-capped mountain region of Zywiec, Poland. In this immersive 3-hour hands-on cooking class you'll learn the authentic secrets behind rolling traditional Poppy Seed Cake, Makownik, folding sweet cheese Kolaczki, and pan-searing iconic Oscypek cheese to gooey, squeaky perfection. After the baking is done, we’ll gather around to feast on our creations alongside a steaming bowl of smoky Kraut Soup, Kwasnica, and our signature tea mocktail Crimson Forest Fizz.
