Milan, Italy, Saturday, November 21st This workshop is intended for beginners in Wu 武 style Taijiquan. We will focus on the first level programme: 2 basic movement exercises, 3 zhan zhuang postures, 13 movements form. To be better prepared for this workshop you can use our Free Video Course on YouTube (at the moment it covers basic exercises and zhan zhuang postures, but before the workshop all the lessons for 13 movements form should be ready too). Instructor: Andrzej Kalisz, 6th generation of Wu 武, style Taijiquan, master Zhai Weichuan’s disciple. Language of tuition: English with translation to Italian possible Location: Milan, Cassina de’ Pecchi – more detailed information soon.
