Join Chick Pea this summer at Evenings on River Street in downtown Elk Rapids! Every Wednesday evening, River Street comes alive with live music, local vendors, family friendly activities, and a different community theme to celebrate all the things that make Northern Michigan summers so special. Throughout it all, Chick Pea will be serving fresh Mediterranean cuisine inspired by Egyptian roots and made with vibrant, wholesome ingredients. Whether you're craving a falafel plate with homemade toum, flavorful shawarma, fresh tabbouleh, or simply looking for a delicious meal to enjoy while you stroll downtown, we'd love to see you there. ✨ Summer Lineup ✨ 🏡 June 24 – Locals Night Live Celebrate community, familiar faces, and the start of summer with a lively evening of music, local vendors, and a performance by Levi Britton. 🇺🇸 July 1 – Salute to Stars & Stripes Celebrate America's 250th anniversary with vintage rock and roll from J. Hobbs. 🌿 July 8 – Lakeshore Leisure An evening centered around wellness, nature, and the relaxed sounds of Little Dippers. 🎨 July 15 – Art All Around Enjoy local artists, interactive experiences, and live performances throughout downtown. 🚜 July 22 – River Street Roots Celebrate agriculture, local history, and the traditions that shape our community. 🧸 July 29 – Kids Connection A family-focused evening filled with games, activities, and talented local musicians. ⚓ August 5 – Harbor Days Kick-Off Help launch Harbor Days festivities with live music and a celebration of community. 📍 Downtown Elk Rapids 🗓 Wednesdays, July 1 – August 5 ⏰ 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM Come hungry, stay for the music, and enjoy an evening of community, connection, and fresh Mediterranean flavors.
