The Elk Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the return of the Elk Rapids Fall Festival on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in downtown Elk Rapids along River Street. Celebrate the arrival of harvest season with an afternoon full of small-town charm, hometown hospitality, and classic fall fun. The Fall Festival brings the community together to celebrate everything we love about autumn while supporting local businesses, farms, artisans, and organizations that make Elk Rapids such a special place to live, work, and visit. Festival-goers can enjoy shopping from local vendors, live music, line dancing, family-friendly activities, delicious seasonal treats like fresh cider, donuts, caramel apples, and other fall favorites, plus festive photo opportunities and plenty of surprises throughout the day. With hopes of tractors, pumpkins, hay bales, and other harvest-inspired displays, the festival promises to capture the best of Northern Michigan in the fall. The Chamber is currently accepting vendor applications and sponsorship opportunities for this year's event. Local businesses, farms, artisans, food vendors, nonprofits, and community organizations are encouraged to join the celebration and showcase what makes our region unique. Admission is free, making the Elk Rapids Fall Festival the perfect way to spend a crisp autumn afternoon with family and friends while celebrating the harvest season in the heart of downtown Elk Rapids.
